V1=8км/ч

V2=2км/ч

вернуться должны через 4часа

быть на рыбалке 3часа

4-3=1час-чтобы доплыть до места рыбалки и  вернуться назад на базу.

значит 1/2часа-плыть вверх по течению реки

(8+2)*1/2=5км-максимальное расстояние на которое онимогут отплыть.
