Кинетическая энергия рассчитывается по формуле E =  \frac{mV^{2}}{2} и существует только тогда, когда тело движется со скоростью V
Потенциальная энергия рассчитывается по формуле E = mgh и существует только тогда, когда тело находится на высоте h от поверхности Земли
