рассмотрим ΔАВС    АС - основание этого треугольника, а расстояние от точки В до АС назовем его ВН=5 высота этого треугольника найдем его площадь S=1/2·AC·BH=1/2·10·5=25 ΔАВС=ΔАДС по трем сторонам АС общая, АВ=СД и ВС=АД противоположные стороны параллелограмма, значит и их площади равны АВСД=ΔАВС+ΔАДС  S АВСД= S ΔАВС+S ΔАДС=25+25=50
