Ну допустим есть дроби 1/2, 5/7,5/6,4/9,5/3
Все эти дроби надо привести к общему знаменателю и сравнить эти числа. 
1/2 = 7/14
5/7 = 10/14
Какое больше? 5/7
Визуально делишь единичный отрезок на 7 частей и ставишь число и так далее
