По команде учителя каждый 4-ый сделал шаг вперед.Т.Е. весь класс "разбился" на  n  четвёрок,  по одному человеку из этих  четверок вышли,  тогда от четверок остались тройки,  из которых в свою очередь вышли по 1 человеку.  Остались "двойки"  в количестве 7 штук (14:2=7)  Всего учеников  в классе равно  4*7=28,  где n=7 - количество групп, на которые условно был разбит класс.
