4. Pythagorean Theorem: The Pythagorean Theorem is a fundamental result in geometry that applies to right triangles. It states that in a right triangle, the square of the length of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares of the lengths of the other two sides. Mathematically, for a right triangle with side lengths a, b, and c (where c is the hypotenuse), the Pythagorean Theorem can be written as:
- a^2 + b^2 = c^2
