3\8 тоже делишь в столбик и получиться 0.375
чтобы сравнивать дроби нужно преводить их к общему знаменателю, в первом случае это делать не нужно, т.к там знаменатель одинаковый
 3\7 < 6\7 т.к у 6\7 больше числитель
2\3 и 1\9 нужно привести к общему знаменателю и сравнить. общий знаменатель у них будет 9, значит и числитель и знаменатель первой дроби мы домножаем на 3, чтоб в знаменатели получился 9
 в итоге получим 6\9 и 1\9.
