Всё просто, смотри, в десятичной нужно вывести целую часть (если она есть) а саму дробь сократить:
5,5= 5 5\10= 5 1\2
А из обычной, если есть целая часть, написать ее на первом месте, дальше числитель делим на знаменатель и все)
5 1\2= 5- пишем сразу-  (1:2)= 5,5
