СВОБОДА ИНФОРМАЦИИ - в конституционном праве понятие, охватывающее целую группу прав и свобод: свободу слова (свободу выражения мнений), свободу печати и иных средств массовой информации, право на получение информации, имеющей общественное значение, свободу распространения информации любым законным способом. Примерно такой перечень прав и свобод содержит ст. 29 Конституции РФ. В этой же статье содержится ряд гарантий и одновременно ограничений С.и.
