3) 2х = 2 * 15 = 30 л  -  в 3м бидоне
4) 15 + 8 = 23 л  -  было в 1м бидоне первоначально - ОТВЕТ.
Про 2й бидон нет в вопросе, добавляю на всякий случай)) :
5) 15 + 12 = 27 л  -  было во 2м бидоне.
