ну сходство в том что бензол это кольцо из 6 углеродов, а в основе графита также лежит шестичленное кольцо
ну а различие в том что графит объединяется в более сложные структуры нежели бензол, графит проводит электричество и всякое такое, у графита: Каждый атом углерода ковалентно связан с тремя другими окружающими его атомами углерода. а у бензола: все связи находятся на одной плоскости и в структуре присутствует сопряжённый 6π-электронное облако.
