Возможно ли рассмотрение спора арбитражным судом? Каковы полномочия арбитражных судов?

Я думаю, что Арбитражный суд РФ не рассматривает такие дела. Нужно было подавать иск в суд общей юрисдикции по гражданским делам. А полномочия Арбитрадных судов- разрешения споров и вопросов между ИП( индивидуальными предпринимателями) или какими-либо часными фирмами. так же если наследство составляет менее 50 тыс.рублей, то подача иска должна быть Мировому судье
