you? We are constantly reminded that we should eat healthy food and follow a healthy diet. Keep in mind that a diet is not necessarily a process of losing weight. It is also the types and amount of food that we regularly eat. So, what does “a healthy diet” mean? Milk and many dairy products are rich in calcium, and fish and meat provide the body with protein. People who eat healthily are more energetic and are less likely to get sick. 4. It helps you to stay in shape and look good. A healthy diet means a healthy weight. Unlike torturous and extreme dieting, normal rules of healthy eating help a person to maintain a slow and stable weight loss, or to prevent gaining extra weight. To add more, people who avoid sugary and fast food usually have better skin and rarely develop spots and acne. 5. It improves your mood. There are several studies which show that people who eat healthy meals are less likely to have depression and fatigue.
