Тема цієї постмодерністської поезії Віктора Неборака досить невиразна, так само, як і ідея вірша.  Загальними словами її можна виразити так: показати жах для буття тим, хто "жере мелодрами телевiзiйнi", 
 кошмар суспільних катаклізмів перехідної доби, протиставити сучасний медійний простір "Оркестру" Феліні. Цей твір містить швидше  асоціації, прозорі натяки на деякі явища і являє собою погляд на них очима художника слова.
