Свободой одарен каждый от рождения, и ее отнятие - должно быть только законной и ограничение без повода- переступно.
В личном плане это свобода выбора, передвижения и образа жизни. Вероисповедания или атеизма. В государственном масштабе - это должно выражаться в выборах представителей власти, курса страны. Войны или мира. Свобода средств массовой информации,( в отличии от нашего полностью подконтрольного государственного телевидения. Пока едва едва интернет остается таяющим островком альтернативных мнений.

Но самая основная свобода, которая должна оберегаться - это свобода мысли. Каждый имеет право на свое мнение, с этого начинаются все свободы. Но действие - может быть ограничено, так как возможно притеснит свободу других - это достигается балансом общественных отношений, законодательством. Но свободы мнение законодательство касаться не должно. Хотя в нашей и европейской истории - это нарушалось.
