Один человек- не способен. Суть в том, что наша страна, как писал Владимир Соловьев - империя коррупции. Люди портятся у власти, потому что если ты один среди тысячи одинаковых, то ты там никому не нужен. Либо становись таким же, либо уходи из власти.

(но это не касалось Сталина, он вот как раз не менялся под давлением, как мне кажется)
