Почему общество нуждается в законопослушных людях?

Существование общества формируется в основном не только на гражданах,но и на их поведении.Граждане РФ обязаны соблюдать определённые законы,т.е не нарушать их.Благодаря именно не полному хаусу в  исполнении законов и держится всё наше общество.Да,есть нарушители,но это лишь меньшая часть всех граждан,большая часть нарушающих просто разрушила бы наше  общество,подавляя полным беспорядком.
