1) данную ситуацию, которая сложилась в России называют демографическим кризисом. Демографический кризис — нарушение воспроизводства населения, угрожающее существованию самого населения. Точнее говоря, демографический кризис это, когда когда рождаемость падает ниже уровня простого воспроизводства населения, а также ниже уровня смертности .  
2) последствия: 
- вымирание населения России
- массовая трудовая миграция китайского населения на Дальний Восток и так же трудовая иммиграция лиц мусульманского вероисповедания из центрально азиатских и закавказских стран⇒ необратимые изменения этнического состава.
- серьезная военно-стратегические проблемы России из-за утраты возможной обороноспособности. 
-в связи с ускоренным вымиранием населения серьезную озабоченность вызывают многочисленные территориальные претензии, предъявляемые сегодня к России со стороны различных стран, поскольку при сохранении существующих демографических тенденций Россия уже в первой четверти XXI в. «окажется неспособной контролировать свои обширные территории»

   1) вопрос взаимосвязи с социально-экономическими процессами
