причиной успешных завоеваний монголов является хорошее вооружение армии, огромная численность, использовали новую технику заимствованную у Китая + Русь была слаба после раздробленности как экономически так и политически. князья вели междоусобицы. И еще монголы являлись кочевым народом, имевшие военезированный характер . А монгольская империя распалась из-за того, что многие хотели занять престол, начались так же междоусобицы. если я не ошибаюсь!
