Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully drop the pelmeni into the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface. 7. Using a slotted spoon, remove the cooked pelmeni from the water and transfer them to a serving dish. 8. Serve the pelmeni hot, with sour cream or melted butter on the side for dipping.
