Also she said to be brave when you speak to them and not to use words like "never" and "always". She told us not to use words that hurt people and to speak calmly.

The teacher claimed that if communication does not provide a solution, we should ask someone who is older that both of you for help and added that if they don't support you, you should take thing into your own hands and be firm.
