present simple: I meet schoolmates everyday. Sometimes I read interesting books. Often i have some free time. I don`t like pepper. Everybody like sport and am I.  
present continuous: Harry up! We are waiting for you? They are writing composition. We aren`t doing exercise. How far are you running with your dog? I am watching TV at the moment.
