 Past Simple это прошлое время. Past Simple мы используем когда действие уже произошло (yesterday, five minutes ago, last year...).  Чтобы сделать Past Simple то надо добавить к глаголу окончание +ed. Ну также есть неправильные глаголы на пример: видеть-see-saw(Past Simple)-seen(правильний глагол или неправильний надо смотреть в словаре). В Past Simple мы используем вторую колонку.
