Every student has their own world, own way of thinking and different problems in their personal lives. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to know how to act and what to do when students are feeling anxious, being arrogant or in any mood that can effect other students in harmful way. And if a teacher is able to deal with those psychological problems of students it will effect the academic performance of all students in the class.
