I go to the gym with a trainer 3 times a week. then I changed my diet: I eat more fruits and vegetables and drink more water. I don't eat fast food anymore. an important point is the correct sleep pattern. I go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 6:30. Good health has a direct impact on our personality. A person with a good and healthy lifestyle is generally more confident, self-assured, sociable, and energetic.
