1. The exercises were given out to all the students by the teacher.
2. A lot of questions will be asked at the professor by the students. (Passive voice with future tense)
3. The professor will be asked a lot of questions by the students. (Passive voice with future tense)

Note: In the second sentence, there are two ways to transform it into passive voice with future tense, hence the "2 в" notation. Both variations are correct.
