Last year my family and I were on holiday in Egypt. Everything was fine. The weather was fantastic! We stayed at a wonderful hotel with a nice sea view. We ate lots of fruit and drank fresh juices and smoothies. I also tried scuba diving. It was my first experience and I really enjoyed it. I saw exotic colourful fish and coral reefs. The underwater world was fascinating! One day we went to Cairo to see the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. The excursion was a little bit boring, so my sister and I decided to ride a camel. I got on the camel and asked my sister to take a nice photo of me. But suddenly I fell off the camel and screamed with pain. I broke my leg and was taken to hospital. You can’t even imagine how disappointed I felt. The rest of the holiday I spent in bed.

As I climbed onto my camel, a mix of anticipation and nervousness washed over me. The towering pyramids in the distance added to my exhilaration. However, as we began our camel ride, my excitement quickly turned into panic. I lost my balance and, to my utter dismay, fell off the camel.

My family rushed to my side, worried expressions etched on their faces. The pain was excruciating, and I feared the worst. My disappointment was palpable when we had to abandon our plans and rush to the hospital. A broken leg wasn't what I had in mind for our Egyptian adventure, but it was a story I'd never forget.
