Technology is changing our life in different ways. It influences our lifestyle in general, and in particular cooking food has become a lot easier.  

In the first place, people are so busy with their work that they don't have much time to prepare food. That is why a lot of people seldom cook from scratch and instead they buy precooked food. Another great way to save time when cooking is to use a microwave oven. It has preset options for cooking specific items, all you have to do is push a couple of buttons and within a few minutes your food will be ready.  But the microwave also has contributed to the fact that traditions of preparing food and eating it together as a family are vanishing. Now family members can have their meals at different times.  

As for those who like cooking and cook healthy food, there are a lot useful kitchen devices and gadgets now, such as toasters, coffee makers, blenders,  food processors, dishwashers and even smart fridges. All these large and small appliances save people time and effort every single day.
