1) People in Uzbekistan celebrate Independence Day on September 1st.

2) Last time, my family celebrated Independence Day by attending a local parade and fireworks display. In the morning, we woke up early and got ready to go out. We dressed up in traditional Uzbek clothing, which consisted of colorful embroidered dresses for the women and embroidered shirts with trousers for the men. We also made sure to wear our national flag badges to show our patriotism.

3) The weather on that day was sunny and warm. It was a perfect day for outdoor celebrations. The clear blue sky added to the festive atmosphere.

4) My friends and relatives joined us in celebrating Independence Day. We all gathered at a central park where the parade was taking place. We watched colorful floats, traditional dances, and listened to patriotic songs performed by local artists. After the parade, we enjoyed a picnic in the park, playing games and catching up with each other.

5) For the picnic, we had a variety of traditional Uzbek food. We had pilaf, which is a flavorful rice dish cooked with meat and vegetables. We also had kebabs, which are skewered and grilled pieces of meat, and shashlik, which are marinated pieces of meat. Additionally, we had various salads, bread, and sweets.

6) Considering it was a special occasion, I wore a traditional Uzbek dress made of bright and vibrant colors. The dress was embroidered with intricate patterns and was accessorized with jewelry. The men in my family wore traditional embroidered shirts with trousers and caps. We wanted to represent our culture and heritage through our attire.
