OK guys, let’s talk about wellness and why it’s important. First of all, how can you live without wellness? To be honest, if we don’t take our health seriously it have consequences. If you smoke it’s problem with heart and liver - most important part in our body. If you have binge drinking you have problems with attention, heart, brain, etc. I know most teenagers think bad habits can make you an “adult”, but they don’t. You only harm your organism. And you know, adults in generally have control with it and what about teens? They’re often driven by adrenaline. I can give you advice: always think before you do something.
