In my language, Russian, we also have similar structures with impersonal sentences using the words "есть" (there is/there are) and "есть/нет" (there is/there isn't). For example, "В парке есть красивая площадка" (There is a beautiful playground in the park) and "Здесь нет автобусной остановки" (There is no bus stop here). We can also use "это" (it) to refer to certain situations or conditions, such as "Это горячо здесь" (It's hot here) or "Это выглядит интересно" (It looks interesting).
