Dear Alex, Sorry I haven`t written sooner but I`ve been really busy. I`m here in Thailand working as a volunteer for the Elephant Refuge and Education Centre. It`s a charitable organisation and I really love it. Education Centre helps elephants that roam the streets of Bangkok. It takes care of them and gives them a safe place to live. When I arrived here they taught me all about looking after the animals and then I got to meet them. They`re amazing! Today, I`ve washed and fed them. I`ve also taken one out to a lake for a swim. I`ve never been so wet in my life! It`s hard work but it`s enjoyable and I`ve met a lot of great people. The best part about working for Education Centre in Thailand is that I get to help endangered animals and still have fun at the same time. I hope you`re having fun this summer , too. Write back soon.
