Відповідь:
I really love eating. I eat different dishes: salads, cakes, sushi, spaghetti. But my favorite food is pizza.
I like different types of pizza: with chicken, salami, sausages and even broccoli. But the most of all I like pizza Pepperoni with mushrooms, pepper pepperoni and cheese. To be honest, I don’t really like crust. My favorite part of pizza is filling – the combination of cheese and pepperoni tastes incredible. The second type of pizza I mostly like is pizza with mincemeat, tomatoes, greens, spices and feta cheese. It’s so delicious.
Furthermore, I often make pizza with my mother or even by my own. I like cooking pizza because it’s tasty and, in the same time, easy. All in all, I think, that homemade pizza is as tasty, as pizza from the restaurant.

One of my favorite dishes is a classic Italian pasta dish called Spaghetti Carbonara. It's a simple yet incredibly flavorful recipe that combines pasta, eggs, cheese, and bacon to create a rich and creamy sauce. Here's how you can make it:
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225 grams) of spaghetti
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (100 grams) of grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces (115 grams) of bacon, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti: Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Cook the bacon and garlic: In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on a paper towel. In the same skillet, discard most of the bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Combine the ingredients: Reduce the heat to low and add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic. Toss the pasta with the garlic and bacon fat, ensuring it gets evenly coated. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Add the sauce: Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti in the skillet. Working quickly, toss the pasta with the sauce until it becomes creamy and the eggs are cooked by the residual heat. If the sauce seems too thick, add some of the reserved pasta cooking water gradually to thin it out.
Serve: Divide the spaghetti carbonara into serving plates. Top each portion with the crispy bacon and garnish with chopped parsley. Season with additional black pepper if desired.
Enjoy your homemade Spaghetti Carbonara!
Note: It's important to work quickly when adding the egg and cheese mixture to the pasta, as you don't want the eggs to scramble. The residual heat from the pasta should be enough to cook the eggs, but if you're concerned about it, you can turn on the heat for a very low setting while mixing in the sauce.
