Dear Chris,

Lots of things have happened since I last wrote to you. Fred went to Brazil for work and he seems to be enjoying it there. Jack and Jill have finally decided to get married and the wedding is planned for next summer. Suzanne recently had a baby and both mom and baby are doing well. Liz has given up smoking and is feeling much healthier. George passed his driving test and he is thrilled to finally have his license. Margaret and Eric went to Thailand for a much needed vacation. Margaret wrote a new book and it's already receiving positive reviews. Eric started his own business and it's doing really well. The Smiths recently bought a big house in the suburbs and they're loving it. As for me, I took a boat trip and it was such a great experience.
