Yesterday I had two boiled eggs and porridge for breakfast, I drank a cup of tea with a cake.

I ate some vegetable soup at lunch time, then I ate mashed potatoes, chicken and salad with tomatoes and cucumbers.  

After lunch I ate an apple and cookies with a glass of milk.

In evening, I had pasta with cheese and ham for dinner. I drank a glass of juice.  

In general, my food was healthy. There were both fresh vegetables and fruits and there wasn`t any fast food.
