Я думаю уголовно это не наказуемо, но им надо было сообщить это взрослым или отнести в милицию так как человек который вез товар материально ответственный за энего и ему придется доказывать что эта коробка действительно выпала из машины, и что его вины здесь нет. Наказан будет материально водитель. конечно у ребят есть чувство благотворительности но распоряжаться чужим имуществом нельзя.
