По официальным данным, прожиточный минимум россиянина в середине 2008 г. составлял более 4400 рублей, при этом минимальный размер оплаты труда - 2300 рублей. С 1 января 2009 г. минимальный размер оплаты труда повысился до 4330 рублей. С какой целью правительство устанавливает минимальный размер труда? Как должны относится прожиточный минимум и минимальный размер оплаты труда?__________помогите пожалуйста , зарание благодарна ;З

Реальная цель установления минимальной зарплаты - получение политического капитала. В нстоящее время, если ИП платит своим работникам зарплату меньше прожиточного минимума, то по законам РФ ими может заинтересоваться Налоговая ( А соответсвенно это никому не надо). + Из ТК :Минимальный размер оплаты труда устанавливается одновременно на всей территории Российской Федерации федеральным законом и не может быть ниже величины прожиточного минимума трудоспособного населения.
