Государств много, все они разные по своей структуре: тоталитарные, демократические, унитарные, федеративные. Но какую страну не возьми- всегда найдёшь недостатки, даже у самой на первый взгляд гуманистической из них. Вывод: идеальное государство существует только в мечтах, и выглядит оно примерно так: всюду почитаютя законы, права, обязанности, моральные ценности, власть сконструирована демократически и каждая её ветвь уравновешивает другую. Мы может только стремиться, вечно приближаться к такому государству, но стать им- задача не одна из самых лёгких.
