Летняя гроза

Потемнело, нахмурилось небо, побежали черные грозовые тучи. Затаил дыхание старый бор — приготовился к бою. Как с горы скатился, вырвался из-за верхушек деревьев свирепый порыв ветра, сломал большущий сосновый сук, разметал косы плакучих берез, закрутил на дороге пыль и умчался. В тишине осторожно, еще не совсем уверенно, прогремел гром. Ударили по листьям первые крупные капли дождя. И вот на землю обрушивается стена воды, и среди дня наступают су­мерки. В серой пелене тонут стволы деревьев, расплываются полевые и озерные дали. Одна на другую налетают пронзитель­ные стрелы-молнии. При вспышках вырисовываются деревья. И вот уже светлеет, проясняется туманная даль. Скоро уж и небо голубеет, промытое, ясное. Торопятся последние ручьи по дороге. Над полями, над лесом, над водной гладью плывет лег­кий парок. Воздух чист и прозрачен. Уже и солнце горячее выг­лянуло. Недолга летняя гроза.
