До нас мало чего дошло. Из школьной физики я помню только то, что он изучал молнию, для чего провел железную палку себе в дом от громоотвода.
И такую же конструкцию сделал его друг, немецкий ученый Рихман, но он погиб во время этой грозы.
А еще из химии я помню, что Ломоносов написал "Трактат о пользе стекла".
А больше почти ничего не известно о его научной деятельности.
Зато он прославился, как научный организатор - основал Московский Университет, который сейчас носит его имя.
А памятник Ломоносову стоит посередине между факультетами физики и химии.
