Например: "тихий голос" - здесь нет эпитета, а "ЯРКИЙ голос" - здесь эпитет ЯРКИЙ.
Теплые руки - нет эпитета, ЗОЛОТЫЕ руки - есть.

В качестве эпитетов могут выступать не только полные и краткие прилагательные, но и наречия. Кроме того, существительные тоже могут быть эпитетами.
