Прибора для исскуственного дыхания (мешка Амбу) нет. Реанимация вызвана, но надо 5-7 минут что бы дойти до пациента, но этого времени достаточно для смерти мозга. Как бы поступили вы? Должен ли врач спасать жизнь больного при этом рискуя своей? 
Только не пишите что должно быть оборудование и т.д. Это конкретный реальный пример. Пишите реально. 
Как сказал один известный американский врач, работающий во время войны: " Если я буду рисковать своей жизнью во время спасения больного и меня убьют, этому больному и другим от этого легче не будет"
