Человек, склонный к антиобщественному поведению, уже является слабовыраженной угрозой для общества, у него не работают принципы нравственности, он делает аморальные, грубые поступки, создает угрозу нормальному, спокойному и безопасному быту граждан. Именно поэтому  его не нужно переубеждать , рассказывать что приносить вред людям- это аморально и  уголовно наказуемо, он уже готов морально . Отсутствие средств к существованию, культуры и вообще нормального желания трудиться заставляют  склонных к антиобщественному поведению людей примыкать к банд-группам, особенно если это преподносится как " священная война", якобы так необходимая. На самом деле у таких людей слабоволие, лень, озлобленность.
