Democracy
Democracy is a form of government where power is vested in the people, who exercise it either directly or through elected representatives. In a democratic system, citizens have the right to participate in decision-making processes, such as voting for leaders and shaping public policies. Democracy can take different forms, such as direct democracy, representative democracy, or hybrid systems. In direct democracy, citizens directly participate in decision-making through referendums or town hall meetings. Representative democracy, on the other hand, involves citizens electing representatives who make decisions on their behalf.
