Знаете, плохие черты я могу сказать только про судопроизводство: пусть все люди стали перед законом равны, сословные суды всё же сохранились, а это значит, что неравенство людей в обществе также сохранялось. 
Что касается реформы просвещения, то университетам давали автономию(могли сами выбирать ректоров, деканов, профессоров и так далее), открывались женские гимназии, учебные заведения делились на начальные, средние и высшие, да и вообще образование стало более доступным для представителей различных сословий.
