на западе: присоединение правобережной украины и Белорусии, нейтрализация агрессивной политики пруссии.

на юге: борьба за выход в черное море, укрепление позиций России в прикаспийском регионе.

на востоке: присоединение к России казахских земель, построен Оренбург.
