Христианское верование отличалась от католического тем, что у христианин были очень роскошные(народные красивые как Масленица) праздники.
Католики же посвящали себя богу, в плане служения а не как праздники или какие то особые дни. Они очень строго относились к этим праздникам и считали что служение богу - лучший способ его почитать уважать и благословлять.
Христиане предпочитали устраивать праздники и жертвоприношения богу как знак почтения и уважения, а служение выполняли лишь монахи, церковники,
