Экспорт лучше потому что: издержки на транспорт для экспорта покроются дохода с продажи оружия, в результате мы получим доход от этого предприятия
Но это мб прокатывает только для стран с развитыми мощностями вооружения
Если же Вы продаете оружие, когда Ваша страна не вооружена на должном уровне, это самоубийство
