I'm going to school-это положительное. I,m not going to school. Смысл континиуса в том, что дабавляется Глагол связка: I-am,you-are,He,she,it-is, We-are. Еще добавляется к основному глаголу суффикс ing. Но в некоторых случаях нельзя употребить континиус, это выражение эмоций.Поставь "спасибо" если этот ответ хоть как-то помог тебе)
