Internet is the invention of modern and high technology science. It provides us amazing facility of searching any information from any corner of the world by anyone but it is bad for our health. Why? Because we just sit in front of computer 2or 3 hour, it is not so good for eyes And we do not do some exercise. Yes you may use itnernet but you should give only some minutes. You can go out with your friends or family . Your health is more important than Internet It is just my opinion
